For nearly two decades, Justin has valued or analyzed over a thousand transactions related to mergers, acquisitions, earnouts, recapitalizations, equity conversions, transfers of ownership, shareholder buyouts, minority equity interests, intellectual property, intangible assets, profit sharing interests, options, warrants, and restricted stock.
Prior to Titus Alliance, Justin was a principal and practice leader at the 33rd largest accounting firm in the U.S. (Elliott Davis), leading the firm-wide transfer pricing practice. He has valuation experience at public accounting firms including Grant Thornton and a Big 4 (Deloitte & EY) financial advisory practice.
In 2022, Justin was elected to The Appraisal Foundation's Business Valuation Resource Panel and re-elected, serving as Vice Chair in 2025 and Chair in 2026. He was recognized as the M&A "Service Professional of the Year" in 2021 and 2022 by The M&A Advisor and identified as "40 Under Forty" by NACVA. Justin is also a chapter author of The Appraisal Foundation's book Art of Valuation.
