With over a decade of experience, Livingston is a seasoned valuation professional who specializes in valuing operating businesses, complex securities, and intellectual property. He has significant experience performing valuations for corporate executives, attorneys, business owners and their advisors, and is recognized as an expert in both fair value (GAAP) and fair market value (IRS) standards.
Livingston is considered a 'Qualified Appraiser' under IRS guidelines. His valuation work has been reviewed by all of the top 10 accounting firms, spanning a broad spectrum of securities and industries.
Prior to Titus Alliance, Livingston led the business valuation practice at Elliott Davis, a top 40 accounting firm, where he was recognized with the Impact Award for Collaboration and selected for the firm's Elevate leadership program. He was among the youngest professionals in the firm's 100-year history to be admitted as a Principal. Livingston serves on the board of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Charlotte chapter.
